More Burning Man Tickets will be made available due to population increase
After much deliberation, The Bureau of Land Management signed a FONSI (Finding of No Significant Impact) decision and grants a 2012 Special Recreation permit. This allows the event organizers to plan for 60,800 people rather than the initial 58,000 that they were planning on. Although 3000 may not seem like a lot, it does allow tickets to be distributed to many who are anxiously waiting to go to the festival this year.
