About San Francisco St. Patrick’s Day
While it may not have the acclaim that cities like Boston and Chicago get for their huge St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations, San Francisco is a great place to celebrate the holiday. Annual events like the San Francisco St. Patrick’s Day Parade, Block Parties at the Irish Bank, The St. Paddy’s Day Front Street Party and, of course, the St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl are all great places to drink some green beer and party with your friends. The LepraCon Pub Crawl is the place to be if want to take things up a notch. With thousands of attendees, over 20 bars and amazing drink specials you can’t possibly not have a good time. If you are planning on attending the crawl, feel free to go all out and wear your favorite green outfit or St. Patrick’s Day costume, the crazier the better. The bars on the pub crawl will each have a big selection of drink specials for participants including various shots, beers and cocktails.
St. Patrick’s Day Bar Crawl
We get a lot of questions every year from people who haven’t gone to one of the CrawlSf pub crawls in the past and want to know how it works. Basically, it is a large pub crawl that takes place over 3 days and offers drink specials, contests, DJs and some other fun stuff for participants. Due to the large number of people, you won’t have a “tour guide” or walk from bar to bar in a small group. Once you check in, you will receive a pub crawl wristband and a map with all of the bars and specials, plus details about the Find the Gnome Contest and other cool things you can do during the event. Once you have your wristband, you can just go with the flow and make your own path.
