Smoked Out Soul and Pamela Parker's Fantastic Machine Take Over The Independent on July 28th

Smoked Out Soul is a San Francisco-based collective that fuses live jazz and funk musicians with DJs who spin classic and modern hip-hop, soul, and funk tracks. Pamela Parker’s Fantastic Machine, on the other hand, is a Los Angeles-based band that creates a unique blend of rock, funk, and soul music.
