Fourth of July Parade in Pleasant Hill

Get ready for a dynamite day of 4th of July 2023 celebrations in Pleasant Hill, where a patriotic party awaits!

Kick off your Independence Day with a bang at 7:45 am with the Firecracker 5K Race or the kids’ 100 yard dash. Sprint for the finish line and you might just win a prize! Better yet, your participation supports Pleasant Hill schools.

With entry fees as low as $40 per person for the 5K, and free participation for kids 7 and under in the 100 Yard Dash, this is a fun run for everyone!

Next up at 9:30 am is the Downtown Parade. Prepare to be amazed by the world-famous Pleasant Hill Parade – a spectacle not to be missed!

Afterwards, march your way to Pleasant Hill Park from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm for a festival of fun! With live music setting the tone, indulge in delicious food while the kids dive into excitement with two slides and three inflatable houses.

As twilight descends, get ready for the grand finale: a breathtaking fireworks display at 8:45 pm. Join the viewing party at College Park with a suggested donation of $4 or more. Fields open at 6:30 pm, so come early, grab a prime spot, and watch the sky light up in a symphony of color!
