The Jinkx and DeLa Holiday Show

Get ready for an unconventional holiday celebration when The Jinkx and DeLa Holiday Show returns to San Francisco. Award-winning drag performers, comedy icons, writers, and actors BenDeLaCreme and Jinkx Monsoon bring their acclaimed seasonal production to the Golden Gate Theatre on Monday, December 28, 2026, at 7:00 PM PT.

Now entering its ninth year, The Jinkx and DeLa Holiday Show has created a distinctive holiday tradition built around comedy, drag performance, music, dance, storytelling, and elaborate visual spectacle. Rather than offering a conventional Christmas production, the show takes audiences on imaginative and often unpredictable adventures, with each season introducing new characters, scenarios, songs, and theatrical surprises.

Over the course of the show’s history, Jinkx and DeLa have encountered everything from sentient Christmas treats and Dickens-inspired ghosts to the Nutcracker’s Land of Sweets. Their previous holiday escapades have also involved body swaps, artificial intelligence, elf attacks, and other fantastical twists. That playful unpredictability is part of the appeal: audiences can expect a new wintertime story while still finding the familiar combination of humor, camp, music, and theatrical flair.

For the 2026 production, attendees can look forward to brand-new songs, energetic dance numbers, elaborate costumes, comedic sketches, heartfelt storytelling, and larger-than-life holiday imagery. The production gives both performers space to showcase their distinctive approaches to drag and comedy while working together within an imaginative theatrical narrative.

BenDeLaCreme and Jinkx Monsoon are at the center of the show, combining their experience as performers and writers with a shared interest in character-driven comedy and theatrical spectacle. Their partnership creates a production that moves between absurd humor, musical performance, visual comedy, and more reflective moments about connection and community.

The San Francisco performance takes place at the historic Golden Gate Theatre on Monday, December 28, 2026, at 7:00 PM PT. Whether you’re a longtime follower of Jinkx Monsoon and BenDeLaCreme or looking for a distinctive holiday event after Christmas, The Jinkx and DeLa Holiday Show offers an evening of drag, comedy, music, dance, festive costumes, and unexpected theatrical twists.
