Get into the Halloween spirit at Thrill-O-Ween at Thrive City in San Francisco, a family-friendly fall celebration filled with costumes, entertainment, creative activities, and plenty of seasonal surprises. Designed as an afternoon of safe Halloween fun, the event brings the community together for a festive experience where children, families, and guests of all ages can enjoy a variety of themed activities in the lively Thrive City setting.
One of the highlights of Thrill-O-Ween is the costume contest, giving guests a chance to show off their most creative, spooky, funny, or imaginative looks. The event also features live entertainment, adding music and energy to the afternoon, while trick-or-treat stations provide opportunities for younger guests to collect Halloween treats as they explore the event.
Families can also visit a mini pumpkin patch, capture memories at a themed photo opportunity, and take part in arts and crafts activities. These hands-on experiences give children plenty to do throughout the afternoon and offer families opportunities to create their own Halloween traditions. Guests should also stay alert while exploring the event, as unexpected characters or surprises may appear along the way.
The festivities include a special screening of E.T., providing a nostalgic movie experience that complements the Halloween atmosphere. The combination of outdoor activities, entertainment, costumes, and a beloved film makes Thrill-O-Ween a varied event rather than a single-activity celebration.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase from Thrive City restaurants and bars, making it easy for guests to grab a meal, snack, or drink during their visit. Parking is available seven days a week at the Chase Center Garage at 99 Warriors Way.
Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests should review Thrive City’s venue policies before attending. Prohibited items and activities include weapons, outside alcohol, smoking, drones, amplified sound, coolers, lawn chairs, bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, scooters, tents, and overnight camping. Pets must remain leashed, and trained service animals are welcome according to Thrive City guidelines.
Whether you arrive in costume, come for the activities, or simply want to enjoy a seasonal afternoon with family and friends, Thrill-O-Ween offers a festive way to celebrate Halloween at Thrive City in San Francisco.
