San Francisco, the city by the bay, where the hills are steep, the fog is thick, and the weirdness is strong (in a good way). This is the land of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island, and the crookedest street in the world. It’s a place where the streets are lined with rainbow flags, the sourdough bread is legendary, and the sea lions of Fisherman’s Wharf rule the roost.
Get ready, San Francisco! It’s almost time for the unofficial holiday that we all love to celebrate – 415 Day! On April 15th, we’ll be raising a glass to our city’s unique vibe, diverse neighborhoods, and quirky character. From the the secret slides at Steward Street to the labyrinth at Land’s End, San Francisco is a city like no other, and 415 Day is the perfect excuse to get out and explore all that it has to offer.
So what makes San Francisco so special? Is it the sourdough bread, the cable cars, or the fog that rolls in from the bay? Is it the tech startups, the street performers, or the eccentric locals? It’s all of these things and more! San Francisco is a city that’s constantly evolving and never boring, and 415 Day is our chance to celebrate everything that makes it great.
Whether you’re a born-and-raised San Franciscan or a recent transplant, there’s something for everyone on 415 Day. You can take a stroll through the hippie-filled Haight-Ashbury, snap a selfie in front of the Painted Ladies, or indulge in a Mission-style burrito or a hot slice of Golden Boy Pizza. And let’s not forget the world-famous Golden Gate Bridge – it’s practically a rite of passage for anyone who calls San Francisco home.
For locals and visitors who would like to celebrate San Francisco with a drink in hand, then the 415 Day Pub Crawl is the place to be. Enjoy some fantastic drink specials at some of the top bars in San Francisco and enjoy the hometown holiday with thousands of your new best friends.
