Dancing Queen ABBA Glitter Disco NYE Extravaganza

Dancing Queen ABBA Glitter Disco NYE Extravaganza

Ring in 2027 with a night of glitter, disco, sing-along anthems, and full-throttle celebration at Dancing Queen — The Ultimate ABBA Glitter Disco Party, presented by Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger at The Great Northern in San Francisco. Taking place on Thursday, December 31, 2026, from 9 PM to 2 AM, this New Year’s Eve extravaganza transforms the venue into a sparkling Studio 54-meets-Mamma Mia dream designed for dancing, dressing up, and celebrating until the first hours of the new year.

The soundtrack is built for maximum disco joy, featuring iconic ABBA favorites alongside the timeless sounds of the Bee Gees, Village People, Queen, the Grease soundtrack, and a wall-to-wall selection of beloved ’70s and ’80s anthems. Expect plenty of opportunities to sing along, strut, spin, and throw your hands in the air as the dance floor builds toward the midnight countdown.

The celebration goes far beyond the music. Guests can look forward to a Gimme Gimme Midnight Balloon Drop, a massive “It’s Raining Men” confetti moment, and vibrant ABBA music video projections that keep the disco atmosphere going throughout the night. Glitter decorations, a Glitter Gold Photo Wall, and aerial performers add even more spectacle, while Jeskhya Body Art will be onsite offering glitter makeup and body paint for anyone ready to take their NYE look to the next level.

And, of course, the centerpiece of the evening arrives at midnight, when everyone comes together beneath the disco ball to welcome 2027 with a spectacular celebration.

Guests are strongly encouraged to embrace the theme with full-on ’70s glitter, NYE glamour, and disco fever. Think silky fabrics, jumpsuits, polyester, platform boots, bell bottoms, sparkle, and anything fabulous enough for the dance floor.
