Substance Festival San Francisco 2026 & Popscene brings a dynamic night of dark electronic music, post-punk, industrial textures, and underground club sounds to the city on Friday, October 23, 2026. Headlined by TR/ST (DJ set) and Buzz Kull, the evening also features Zanias, Ghost Cop, Aux Animaux, and a DJ set from Omar Perez, creating a varied lineup for fans of darker, experimental, and dance-oriented music.

TR/ST has built a distinctive identity around brooding electronic production, dramatic vocals, and club-ready rhythms. For this appearance, the project takes a DJ-set format, offering a chance to experience that aesthetic through a more fluid, dance-focused presentation. Australian dark-electronic artist Buzz Kull adds another powerful presence to the bill, bringing together driving beats, synth-heavy production, and a distinctly nocturnal atmosphere.

The lineup continues with Zanias, whose electronic music combines atmospheric textures with emotionally charged songwriting and a strong connection to underground club culture. Ghost Cop and Aux Animaux further expand the night’s sonic palette, offering their own takes on electronic and alternative music. DJ Omar Perez rounds out the program with a DJ set, helping maintain the momentum between performances and adding another dimension to the evening.
