Mexican Institute of Sound

Mexican Institute of Sound with Spaghetti Cumbia, Edgar & Kaefan

Get ready for an eclectic evening of global sounds, electronic rhythms, and Latin-inspired music when GAMH & Psyched! Fest 2026 presents Mexican Institute of Sound, joined by Spaghetti Cumbia, Edgar, and Kaefan, on Wednesday, October 14, 2026. Bringing together four distinct acts, the evening offers a varied live-music experience built around rhythmic energy, genre-blending sounds, and contemporary takes on Latin music.

At the center of the lineup is Mexican Institute of Sound, the project known for combining Mexican musical traditions with electronic production and modern influences. Their music creates a lively meeting point between classic Latin rhythms and contemporary beats, making their performances especially suited to an energetic concert environment. Audiences can expect a set that moves across styles while maintaining a strong rhythmic pulse.

The supporting lineup adds even more variety. Spaghetti Cumbia brings its own interpretation of cumbia, adding dance-oriented grooves and Latin-inspired energy to the bill. Edgar joins the evening with an individual sound that expands the lineup beyond a single genre, while Kaefan rounds out the program with another contemporary voice for listeners looking to discover something new.

The event takes place on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, with doors opening at 7:00 PM and the show starting at 7:30 PM. The earlier showtime gives attendees the opportunity to experience all four performers while still making it an easy midweek night out. Advance tickets are $27, with tickets available at the door for $32. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, August 12 at 10:00 AM.

Whether you’re already familiar with Mexican Institute of Sound or simply interested in exploring contemporary Latin, cumbia, and electronic music, this multi-artist bill offers plenty to discover. Come ready for a night of rhythmic performances, diverse sounds, and a lively atmosphere as Psyched! Fest 2026 brings this distinctive lineup together at the Great American Music Hall.
