Weekly Fitness Classes | Yoga Flow at Thrive City
Take time to move, reset, and reconnect with the Bay Area community during Weekly Fitness Classes at Thrive City, presented by Kaiser Permanente. On Wednesday, November 4, 2026, beginning at 12:00 PM, Thrive City welcomes participants to a free Yoga Flow session designed to refresh the body and provide an accessible opportunity to stay active during the fall season.
The Yoga Flow class is planned with purpose, combining foundational yoga movements with sun salutations and practical techniques intended to leave participants feeling energized and renewed. The session is open to all fitness and experience levels, making it suitable whether you’re already familiar with yoga or simply looking for a welcoming way to introduce movement into your routine.
Leading the class is Cecily Guest, a longtime Bay Area yoga and fitness instructor with 30 years of experience working with recognized fitness brands and corporate audiences. Her approach to movement draws from a broad range of disciplines, including dance, Pilates, martial arts, personal training, and various yogic traditions. Cecily has taught Thrive City classes for three years and also leads classes at Equinox Fitness while offering workshops and yoga retreats throughout California. Her professional certifications include A.C.E., AFAA, Yoga Fit, Diablo Yoga Center, SCW Pilates, and Reebok Indoor Cycling.
The class takes place in the open-air setting of Thrive City, creating a relaxed environment where participants can exercise alongside members of the local community. Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water and arrive prepared to participate. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so arriving early is recommended.
For those driving, parking is available seven days a week at the Chase Center Garage (CCG), located at 99 Warriors Way.
Thrive City maintains several policies to keep the plaza comfortable and safe. Weapons, outside alcohol, coolers, lawn chairs, smoking, drones, amplified sound, and overnight camping are prohibited. Pets must remain leashed, and trained service animals are welcome under the venue’s guidelines. Bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, scooters, and motorized vehicles are not permitted within the plaza, although bicycles may be secured at nearby street racks.
Whether you’re looking to build a consistent wellness routine or simply want a refreshing midday activity, Yoga Flow at Thrive City offers a free, community-focused way to make movement part of your week.
