Designed to help you refresh, revive, and reset before the week begins, this uplifting morning brings together fitness, wellness, and healthy living in an inviting outdoor setting.
Taking place on Sunday, September 20, 2026, with the event beginning at 10:00 a.m., Weekend Wellness offers a wonderful opportunity to make self-care part of your weekend routine. Whether you are looking to get active, discover new ways to support your well-being, or simply enjoy a positive morning with family and friends, there is something to help you start the new week feeling energized.
Fitness enthusiasts and beginners alike can bring their mats and participate in a selection of Pilates, Zumba, and Yoga classes by Vennu Yoga. These accessible and engaging sessions offer different ways to move your body, build strength, improve flexibility, and boost your energy. Whether you prefer the focused movements of Pilates, the upbeat atmosphere of Zumba, or the mindful flow of yoga, you can choose the activities that best suit your interests and wellness goals.
The experience goes beyond exercise with an opportunity to nourish your body at the Farmer’s Market, where you can explore farm-fresh produce and discover wholesome ingredients to support a healthy lifestyle. The combination of movement and fresh, nutritious food makes Weekend Wellness an ideal way to create positive habits while enjoying time in the community.
There will also be more activities and experiences throughout the morning, adding to the welcoming atmosphere at Thrive City. Space is limited, and participation is first-come, first-served, so arriving early is recommended.
