The Jinkx & DeLa Holiday Show

Get ready for a holiday celebration unlike any other when The Jinkx & DeLa Holiday Show returns to San Francisco’s Golden Gate Theatre on Sunday, December 27 and Monday, December 28, 2026, at 7:00 PM PT. Created and performed by award-winning comedy icons and drag powerhouses Jinkx Monsoon and BenDeLaCreme, this internationally acclaimed production blends outrageous comedy, dazzling costumes, original music, theatrical spectacle, and heartfelt holiday storytelling into one unforgettable seasonal experience.

Now in its ninth year, the show has built a reputation for turning the traditional holiday spectacle completely upside down. Every season brings a brand-new wintertime adventure, and audiences never quite know where Jinkx and DeLa will take them next. Over the show’s history, the duo have encountered everything from sentient Christmas treats and Dickensian ghosts to the Nutcracker’s Land of Sweets. They’ve also survived increasingly unexpected scenarios involving immaculate conceptions, artificial intelligence, body swaps, and even elf attacks. The one certainty is that conventional holiday entertainment is not on the agenda.

Instead, attendees can expect an extravaganza packed with over-the-top camp, side-splitting comedy, brand-new songs, elaborate costumes, thrilling dance numbers, and plenty of theatrical surprises. Jinkx and DeLa’s distinctive chemistry is at the center of the production, combining sharp comedic timing with imaginative storytelling and a playful willingness to take the holiday season in completely unexpected directions.

While the spectacle and humor are a major part of the appeal, the show also has a heartfelt side. Beneath the glitter, gags, and outrageous twists is a celebration of community and togetherness. The production offers audiences a chance to step away from the pressures of the holiday season, share a few laughs, and enjoy an inclusive celebration with friends, loved ones, and fellow fans.

The show’s reputation has earned it enthusiastic recognition, with Entertainment Weekly hailing Jinkx and DeLa as “the reigning queens of Christmas.” Their holiday tradition has grown into a highly anticipated annual event for audiences who appreciate comedy, drag performance, theatrical creativity, and a healthy dose of irreverent seasonal cheer.

The San Francisco engagement arrives at the Golden Gate Theatre for two performances only, making December 27–28, 2026 a perfect opportunity for a post-Christmas night out. Whether you’re a longtime follower of Jinkx and DeLa or discovering their holiday spectacular for the first time, you can expect an evening filled with laughter, music, glamour, surprises, and plenty of festive mayhem.

If your ideal holiday celebration includes a little less tradition and a lot more sparkle, The Jinkx & DeLa Holiday Show offers an exuberant way to close out the season—with two of drag’s most distinctive performers leading the sleigh ride.
