Presented by Stamina & Public Works, this special event celebrates the enduring influence, innovation, and uncompromising sound of the Metalheadz legacy.

Founded in the 1990s, Metalheadz became synonymous with a darker, more atmospheric approach to drum & bass, helping shape the sound and culture of the genre during one of its most transformative periods. Goldie stands at the heart of that story, both as an artist and as a key figure in the evolution of the Metalheadz movement. His sets are known for their intensity, cinematic character, and deep connection to drum & bass culture.

Joining him is Photek, whose precise, stripped-back production and forward-thinking approach have made him one of the most influential names in electronic music. His work helped define a sophisticated and atmospheric side of drum & bass, combining intricate rhythms, spacious production, and technical precision.

Together, Goldie and Photek offer a rare opportunity to experience two distinct but deeply connected perspectives on the evolution of drum & bass. Expect heavyweight bass, intricate breakbeats, dark atmospheric textures, rolling rhythms, and the kind of sounds that have kept the genre moving forward for decades.

Set inside the renowned San Francisco venue Public Works, the night promises a powerful meeting of sound, history, and dance-floor energy. Whether you’ve followed Metalheadz since its early days or are discovering this influential sound for the first time, this is an opportunity to experience a defining chapter of drum & bass culture in an immersive club setting.
