Fan Appreciation

Celebrate the Sharks community at Fan Appreciation, featuring the San Jose Sharks vs. Anaheim Ducks on Saturday, April 10, 2027, at 1:00 PM. Taking place at SAP Center at San Jose, this special afternoon game combines the excitement of live NHL hockey with an opportunity to recognize the fans who bring energy and enthusiasm to Sharks game days throughout the season. Tickets are on sale now.

The featured attraction is a competitive matchup between the Sharks and Ducks. From the opening faceoff, attendees can expect the fast pace and intensity that define NHL hockey. Quick offensive rushes, crisp passing, physical battles along the boards, defensive pressure, power plays, penalty kills, breakaways, and dramatic saves can all shape the flow of the game. With momentum capable of changing quickly, every period can bring a new turning point and plenty of opportunities for fans to get involved.

What makes Fan Appreciation especially distinctive is its focus on the supporters in the stands. The event is designed to recognize the passion and loyalty of the Sharks fan base, adding a celebratory element to the traditional game-day experience. Special in-arena activities, entertainment, announcements, or fan-focused moments may complement the hockey action, creating additional excitement throughout the afternoon.

The event takes place at SAP Center at San Jose, the Sharks’ home arena and a major destination for sports and entertainment in the Bay Area. Attending in person means being surrounded by fellow hockey fans and experiencing the sounds, reactions, and atmosphere that make a live game different from watching at home.

The 1:00 PM Saturday start time makes Fan Appreciation a convenient weekend event for families, friends, and groups. Fans can arrive early, enjoy the arena atmosphere, and settle in before the puck drops.
