Dilated Peoples at The Fillmore

San Francisco hip-hop fans can look forward to an evening with Dilated Peoples at The Fillmore on Thursday, October 29, 2026. The performance is scheduled for 8:00 PM, with doors opening at 7:00 PM, bringing the acclaimed hip-hop group to the historic San Francisco venue for a night focused on live beats, lyrical performance, and classic-minded rap energy. The date is officially listed for The Fillmore as part of the venue’s 2026 concert calendar.

Dilated Peoples are known for their distinctive place in hip-hop, built around the chemistry of MCs Evidence and Rakaa Iriscience and DJ Babu. Their music has long emphasized sharp lyricism, DJ-driven production, memorable samples, and a strong connection to the culture of classic hip-hop. That combination makes their live performances appealing to listeners who appreciate both the craft behind the turntables and the energy of a commanding MC performance.

For local audiences, this concert offers an opportunity to experience Dilated Peoples in a venue where the crowd is positioned close to the action. The Fillmore is a dedicated live-music ballroom at 1805 Geary Boulevard, and its main performance room is located on the second floor. The venue is known for its limited seating and open concert-floor environment.

This particular event is General Admission only, with an open dance floor and standing room only. Guests should plan accordingly, as there will not be reserved seating for the performance. The open-floor format is a natural fit for a hip-hop show, giving the audience room to move and creating a shared atmosphere around the stage.

The schedule is straightforward: doors open at 7:00 PM and the show begins at 8:00 PM on Thursday, October 29. Attendees may want to arrive with enough time to enter the venue and find their preferred spot on the floor before the performance starts.

Whether you’re a longtime Dilated Peoples listener or simply looking for a night of skillful, beat-driven hip-hop in San Francisco, this show is worth adding to the October calendar. With Dilated Peoples at The Fillmore, an open dance floor, and a standing-room-only setup, expect a focused night of live rap, DJ culture, and audience energy.
