An iconic pop rock musical duo with their own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Hall & Oates has had an impressive career since originally formed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1970. Known for massive hits like”You Make My Dreams”, “Maneater” and “Rich Girl”, the pop duo consists of longtime friends Daryl Hall and John Oates. To say that this band has had a successful career would be an understatement. Hall & Oates has released a total of 18 studio albums, 63 singles, 11 live albums and 27 compilation and has sold over 13 million records in the United States. They also boast a total of 34 hit songs with six of them making it to #1 on the Billboard Charts. The band was also inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2003 and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2014. Despite being founded 50 years ago, Hall & Oates still continues to tour and perform at music festivals all over the country to this day.
