Allan Rayman: HOTEL ALLAN – The 10 Year Anniversary Tour

Toronto-based artist Allan Rayman brings his distinctive sound to the stage on Friday, October 16, as part of the HOTEL ALLAN – The 10 Year Anniversary Tour. With doors opening at 7:30 p.m. and the show beginning at 8:30 p.m., the evening marks a decade of music built around Rayman’s atmospheric production, unconventional storytelling, and ability to move between styles without settling comfortably into a single genre. This event is 21 and up.

Over the past ten years, Rayman has developed a catalog that includes Hotel Allan, Roadhouse 01, and CHRISTIAN, each contributing to an evolving musical world that blends elements of alternative, hip-hop, R&B, and electronic-influenced production. His work has attracted a substantial international audience, accumulating more than 250 million streams and supporting sold-out tours across the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Rayman’s live and festival experience has also taken him to major stages, including Reading & Leeds, Bonnaroo, Rifflandia, and Lollapalooza. His collaborative work with artists and producers such as Jessie Reyez, Alex da Kid, and James Vincent McMorrow further reflects the wide range of sounds and creative influences present throughout his career.

The anniversary tour also arrives following the release of #1 Girl, a project that explores a different side of Rayman’s creative approach. Presented as a collection of fictional demos created by a character named #1 Girl, the album is set in 1994 and is written from her perspective. Rayman adopts her imagined voice and perspective, resulting in a stylistic departure from the sound audiences may associate with his earlier work.

For longtime listeners, the tour offers a chance to revisit a decade of music while experiencing how Rayman’s artistic identity continues to evolve. For newer audiences, it provides an introduction to an artist whose catalog is defined by atmosphere, character-driven concepts, and a willingness to experiment.
