Nova Albion releases "Human Condition" – FREE DOWNLOAD!

 

 

“New Albion, also known as Nova Albion, was the name of the region of the Pacific coast of North America explored by Sir Francis Drake and claimed by him for England in 1579.”

Although there are many theories about the exact location, the most prevalent theory suggests that Sir Francis Drake landed in Marin County. With deep roots in the Bay Area, locals Jayson Martinovich, Eli Meyskens, Nick Bray and Ryan Malley chose to adopt the name NOVA ALBION for their newly formed musical venture. This group, however, is no stranger to the San Francisco music scene and you may find yourself hearing something familiar in their sound.

The release of their new single “Human Condition” offers an clean sound that you can’t help humming along to and it should definitely build a buzz for their upcoming release. They have been pretty quiet until now, but we were able to catch them at a special event at the Warfield last month and they have a lot to offer. The perfect combination of musical genres, Nova Albion offers something for everyone and shows some slight influences from U2 and Tears for Fears.
