The Coachella Lineup Announcement has become a post-New Year’s Eve tradition, with every media outlet trying to guess what Artists will be in the coveted headlining spots. This year, the organizers have continued their tradition of “bringing back” bands for reunions. AC/DC, The Cure, Paul McCartney, Outkast, The Stone Roses and the infamous Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg and the Tupac Hologram all made rare appearances at the past several Coachella music festivals. Guns N’ Roses was a huge surprise, considering most people thought the band would never tour again. In fact, in 2009, Axel Rose who is the lead singer of Guns N’ Roses told Jonathan Cohen that there was no chance of Guitarist Slash and himself ever sharing the stage again.
